You specifically acknowledge and agree that CUTC is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any Impact material, or with any of Impact terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Impact and its web sites.

 

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by CUTC, at any time without notice. The disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive in the event of termination.

CUTC is committed to providing visitors with web sites that respect their privacy. The items below summarizes the privacy policy and practices on CUTC web sites.

The cookies we use do not allow us to identify individuals, track how our visitors use this site nor determine sites previously visited.   • Information on individual visitors is used by CUTC executives who need to know the information in order to respond to your request or to ensure the security of this system. We do not share the information you give us with third parties. We do not use the information to create individually identifiable profiles, nor do we disclose this information to anyone outside of CUTC.
  • Any message which you may send to the webmaster for this site will go to Studio Noir2, a third party web designer which is not part of CUTC. Information concerning the functioning of the site is provided to the webmaster so that they can propose adjustments to the site to maximize its effectiveness. Studio Noir2 is bound by an agreement with CUTC to treat any personal information they receive in relation to this web site as though it is covered by the provisions of the Privacy Act.
