CUTC's successes can be attributed to the excellent teamwork of it Execs and Team Leads. Of course, the Execs and Team Leads couldn't have done it without their teams as well :)

SPAIR - Sponsorship, Academic and Industry Relations
SPAIR consists of two teams: Sponsorship and AIR.
Academic and Industry Relations (AIR)
AIR's task is to get awesome, inspiring, insightful, super-cool <insert more adjectives here> speakers to the conference. So we start off by figuring out the current trends in the industry, and then go out and contact people who are creating those trends.

Hobbies and Interests: Cricket (I know what you are talking about Rahul), following my favorite NBA and NHL [surprise, surprise!] teams, MSN (okay, I don’t have a life) and definitely cool technology!
Stephen Chan AIR Lead 4th Year Electrical Engineering and Economics Random Thought: "I’m so tired..."
Hobbies and Interests: All sports especially basketball, badminton, volleyball, rock climbing, skiing, hiking, snow boarding. Photography, art, food criticism, travelling, reading, writing poems, gadgets and technology, biomedical sciences, chinese calligraphy, music, cars…too much to list here.
Sponsorship
As you can imagine, running a conference of this size cannot be paid for by just the fees delegates pay. Sponsorship works round the clock to raise approximately 80-90% of the funds we spend on organizing CUTC.

OPS & Logistics - Operations, Registration and Logistics
The OPS & Logistics team is the ultimate showcase of our technical and organizational skills. While the Ops team works to assure that the backend of CUTC's web and other technical services work smoothly, Logistics is always checking the list twice to make sure we have everything we need for an outstanding conference.

PR - Public Relations
It is the core of CUTC marketing. The liaison between the conference and the media.

SE - Special Events
The Special Events team comes up with and plans all the coolest events that happen at CUTC. They organize events such as the Tech Expo, Tech Show and all the fun events that happen "after-hours".

SR - Student Relations
CUTC is for students and by students! In order to take care of our most important people (students!) we have the Student Relations Team. SR oversees the Ambassador efforts of the promotion of CUTC and the gathering of subsidies, as well as actively working to bring as many and as diverse a group of people together for the conference.

The Executioners - Game Day Team
This team is comprised of organizers who only assist in the Conference Execution Process. Game Day is the elite force responsible for making the conference run during its show time.

CUTC Spirit Team
Geeks know how to be cool.....right :) The Spirit team's purpose is to raise the spirit of CUTC and make sure everyone's having a blast at the conference. Their projects include Videos, Pranks and Events that add to the already stellar cultural experience that is CUTC :)

Spec Ops - Special Operations
The backbone of Gameday facilitators, Spec Ops is an elite unit of CUTC whose job is to act as "the contingency plan". They fill the holes, close the gaps and fix problems that can't be fixed. They're our version of the MIB :)
