Welcoming Message from the Chair
"From its humble beginnings in the year 2000, the Canadian Undergrad Technology Conference (or CUTC) stands today as North America's largest student technology conference. Organized and run entirely by distinguished student volunteers, CUTC is a non-profit and non-political organization that educates Canadian undergraduates about current cutting-edge technology and research and development happening around the globe. CUTC is also the biggest and most defining platform for students to meet and learn from experienced industry and academic professionals.
To represent our growth and evolution, CUTC has adopted a new logo for 2006. The new logo represents our renewed vision, as the four individual bubbles showcase how CUTC has grown to encompass all aspects of our delegates' disciplines and the unique driving forces of technology.
After six straight sold-out conferences, CUTC is back for 2006, from January 12 - 14, to stir up a storm in Canada's very own high-tech capitol and "Silicon Valley of the North", Markham. Learning from our past, CUTC 2006 has been based on a new and improved platform that has been derived from the basis of what made all our previous conferences a sold-out success.
As chair and head of the organization committee of this conference, I invite you to join us for a memorable and one of a kind experience that is CUTC."
