2006 Delegates

Thank you for choosing to register for CUTC 2006!

Please note, if you pay before Monday, December 19, 2005, the registration fee is only $80.00 CAD. If you choose to pay after this date, the fee will increase to $95.00 CAD.

Subsidies

Several programs/universities have generously offered to subsidize some or all of the registration fee for their students. To find out how much you are eligible for, please create an account on the myCUTC (my.CUTC.ca) system and follow the steps to pre-register for the conference.

Note: Subsidies are in many cases limited to a certain number of students, so make sure you register quickly and completely to ensure that you receive the largest possible discount.

Even if do not find your program listed here, you are not out of luck yet! It is usually because no one has talked to them about subsidies yet, so be proactive and contact your department/faculty/university to see about arranging other subsidies.

For more information on transportation and hotel arrangements of students coming from your school, please contact your school's ambassador.

Procedural Steps to register for CUTC 2006

Step 1

Create an account on myCUTC

Step 2

Next log into the system and enter your information so that we may assign you a delegate ID based on your school and program

Step 3

Now you can pre-register for the conference! And don't forget to add any codes for applicable subsidies that can be found on the same page by clicking on the "Search for subsidies" link.

Note: pre-registration does not reserve you a spot at CUTC 2006, only when we receive payment can your spot be guaranteed. Therefore, receipt of payment will elevate your level of from pre-registration to 'registered' and thus, we will reserve a spot for you.

Step 4

Once you have pre-registered, you can reserve your spot at CUTC 2006 by paying in one of the following two manners:

Paypal: Once you register on myCUTC, you will have access to the "Payment Options" link. Clicking on the link will present you with two options, one of which is the Paypal direct payment link. The other option is by Cheque as stated below.

Cheque: Please write a cheque, based on your calculated registration fee as per the myCUTC system's pre-registration output, to "Canadian Undergrad Technology Conference (CUTC)", and mail the cheque to -

Step 5

In January of 2006, you will receive an email from us letting you know that the seminar and event choices are up for selection on first come first serve basis. At that point, please be prompt to log into the myCUTC system and select your preferred choices because certain seminars have the habit of filling up more quickly than the space on your hard drive :)
