Subsidies

There are currently three types of subsidy processes available. Please read the subsidies descriptions specific to your University and Program to understand the subsidy process.

Spaces are limited for subsidies. These subsidies are available on a first come first served basis to eligible students who make their registration payment. To reserve a subsidy spot, you must pay CUTC the full registration fee through PayPal. Unfortunately, if there are no more subsidy spots remaining, you will have to pay the full price to attend the conference.

Type One

The subsidies are available instantly through myCUTC.

Please note that we will be verifying your status as a student in that program through your student identification number, which is required to avail the subsidy.

Type Two

Members will be required to pay the full registration amount at the time of payment and receive a refund for a portion of the amount after the conference through their faculty/department. Details on how to make a claim will be available at the Registration Desk at the conference.

Type Three

These are subsidies which CUTC Campus Ambassadors have obtained from their respective universities, departments/faculties. The subsidy will be provided to eligible students by the ambassadors as they have determined through their various delegate selection processes. Students must contact their Campus Ambassadors for further details.
