The Cost of the Conference

The registration price is $100 CAD

However, several programs/universities have generously offered to subsidize the registration fee. You can check to see your eligibility for a subsidy by going to the payment page within the myCUTC registration system. Once you have selected an applicable subsidy, the discount will be included in the calculation of your registration cost and will be displayed accordingly.

Additional funding that is not posted on this website may also be available. For more information on this, as well as transportation and hotel arrangements of students coming from your school, please contact your school's ambassador.

Subsidies

There are currently four types of subsidy processes available. Please read the subsidies descriptions specific to your University and Program to understand the subsidy process.

Spaces are limited for subsidies. These subsidies are available on a first come first served basis to eligible students who make their registration payment. To reserve a subsidy spot, you must pay CUTC the registration fee shown in your account through PayPal. Unfortunately, if there are no more subsidy spots remaining, you will have to pay the full price to attend the conference.

Type A

The subsidies are available instantly through myCUTC.

Please note that we will be verifying your status as a student in that program through your student identification number, which is required to avail the subsidy.

Type B

Members will be required to pay the full registration amount at the time of payment and receive a refund for a portion of the amount after the conference through their faculty/department. Details on how to make a claim will be available at the Registration Desk at the conference.

Type C

These are subsidies which CUTC Campus Ambassadors have obtained from their respective universities, departments/faculties. The subsidy will be provided to eligible students by the ambassadors as they have determined through their various delegate selection processes. Students must contact their Campus Ambassadors for further details.

Type D

This type of subsidy covers only the cost of the hotel rental.
